Hardship License Qualifications in Florida

There are several qualifying factors that will determine your eligibility for a hardship license. You may be eligible to apply for a hardship license if:

After a 2nd DUI conviction, you wait a period of one year

After a 3rd DUI conviction, you wait a period of two years

You finish Multiple Offender School requirements

You have stayed alcohol and drug-free

Any other requirements by the court: such as proof that you finished all classes, counseling, etc.
